Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties. * WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some snow squalls may track across the Alleghenies today, especially during the afternoon hours.
