Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Pittsburgh PA 600 PM EDT Tue Mar 17 2026 ...SNOW SHOWERS REDUCING VISIBILITY... Scattered snow showers and localized heavier bands of snow will continue through the evening. Visibility could briefly be reduced to a quarter of a mile or less in the heaviest snow showers. Road temperatures remain warm, but will cool with sunset, and heavy rates could produce a quick coating and slick conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses. Use caution if you encounter a heavy snow shower while traveling.
