In west central Washington, King and Snohomish. * WHEN...Through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - High snow levels, heavy rainfall, and snowmelt runoff will lead to continued rises on area rivers with additional flooding possible at times this week. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
