Afternoon temperatures 95 to 106 expected. Overexposure can cause heat cramps and heat exhaustion to develop and, without intervention, can lead to heat stroke. * WHERE...Apache Junction/Gold Canyon, Cave Creek/New River, Dripping Springs, Fountain Hills/East Mesa, New River Mesa, Rio Verde/Salt River, and Superior Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Afternoon temperatures 95 to 107 expected.
