The island of Oahu in Honolulu County * Until 430 PM HST. * At 125 PM HST, radar indicated heavy rain over windward Oahu and extending into Manoa Valley and Palolo Valley. Rain was falling at a rate of 2 to 4 inches per hour and rapid rises in streams are occurring in Manoa and Palolo. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
