Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Northwest Arctic Coast, especially Point Hope. * WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult. Periods of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility to 1/2 mile or less at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds are expected from late Wednesday morning through Wednesday night.
