Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...From 1 PM Wednesday to 7 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that may briefly reduce visibility.
