Snow accumulations less than an inch. Ice accumulations of a light glaze. For the Winter Storm Watch, periods of heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Southern Rosebud. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 9 AM MDT this morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Thursday night through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...For the advisory, travel early this morning will be impacted by poor visibility and slick or slushy conditions on roads.
