URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Billings MT 615 AM MDT Wed Apr 1 2026 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM MDT THIS MORNING... ...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING... * WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation expected, including pockets of light freezing rain. Snow accumulations less than an inch. Ice accumulations of a light glaze. For the Winter Storm Watch, periods of heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Southern Big Horn. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 9 AM MDT this morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...For the advisory, travel will be impacted by poor visibility and slick or slushy conditions on roads. This includes I-90 from Crow Agency to Aberdeen Hill. For the Winter Storm Watch, difficult travel conditions due to snow, poor visibility and some blowing snow.
