Total snow accumulations between 5 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Carter, Custer, Fallon, and Powder River. * WHEN...From late Thursday night through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to snow, areas of blowing snow and poor visibility. This includes Highway 12 from Miles City to Baker, and US-212 from Broadus to Alzada.
