Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is expected to start as snow/sleet late this morning and early afternoon before transitioning to more freezing rain during the afternoon.
