Ice accumulations of a glaze to one tenth of an inch, as well as up to an inch of snow. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of eastern Vermont. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow and drizzle will trend towards showers before temperatures gradually rise above freezing this morning.
