Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 4 and 6 inches and ice accumulations from a light glaze to around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this morning. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 1 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
