Additional snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota, including the James River Valley. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday evening commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
