Total snow accumulations up to one inch, sleet accumulations around one tenth of an inch, and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Coos and Southern Coos Counties. * WHEN...From midnight Saturday Night to 10 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...A period of mixed precipitation is expected with air temperatures remaining below freezing.
