Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 6 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast South Dakota. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
