URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Flood Watch National Weather Service San Juan PR 942 AM AST Sun Apr 12 2026 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...All of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. * WHEN...From Monday morning through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Rapid river rises and landslides in areas of steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - As a trough continues to approach from the northwest, the likelihood of flooding will increase. Showers and thunderstorms will increase in frequency starting Monday, but the heaviest activity is anticipated forMonday night into Tuesday.
