Cold front will switch winds to the north in the evening with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 7 percent. * TEMPERATURES...In the mid 70s to lower 90s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to spread rapidly.
