The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM EDT Tuesday. * AFFECTED AREA... Inland Volusia... Lake... Orange... Seminole... Osceola... Okeechobee. * WIND...Northeast to east-northeast winds 15 to 20 mph with frequent higher gusts. * HUMIDITY...28 to 35 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
