Red Flag Warning will be allowed to expire this evening as winds have diminished below critical fire weather criteria. However, Red Flag Warning for Tuesday afternoon remains in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...For Tuesday and Wednesday, Fire weather zones 417, 418, and 430 through 437. * WIND... Southerly winds 10 to 15 mph on Tuesday with gusty erratic showers in the afternoon. Southwest winds with gusts between 30 and 45 mph on Wednesday. * HUMIDITY...5 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
