For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 33 possible. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and central, northern, southern, and western West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Saturday.
