A few gusts to 70 mph are possible in wind prone higher elevations. * WHERE...Lincoln County, Las Vegas Valley, Northeast Clark County, Sheep Range, Southern Clark County, Spring Mountains-Red Rock Canyon, and Western Clark and Southern Nye County. * WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected.
