URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Gray ME 234 AM EDT Tue May 19 2026 ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Heat index values up to 95 expected. * WHERE...Western and Central Hillsborough, Eastern Hillsborough, and Interior Rockingham Counties. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...It will remain warm tonight as overnight lows only dip into the upper 60s to lower 70s. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening.
