Flood Advisory National Weather Service Wilmington OH 1024 AM EDT Sat May 23 2026 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Logan. * WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1023 AM EDT, Emergency management reported minor flooding in Rushsylvania. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Additional flooding reports have been received in the county. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, De Graff, West Mansfield, Northwood, Rushsylvania, Ridgeway, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, New Jerusalem, Pickrelltown, East Liberty and Big Springs.
