In northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. * WHEN...From 7 AM CDT Sunday through late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers with embedded thunderstorms are expected Sunday, with areas of heavy rainfall likely.
