Northeastern Hemphill County in the panhandle of Texas... * Until 1015 PM CDT. * At 705 PM CDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Public reported.
