URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Portland OR 1035 AM PDT Sun Jun 21 2026 ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM MONDAY TO 11 PM PDT TUESDAY... * WHAT...Temperatures up to 93 to 98 expected. * WHERE...Western and Central Columbia River Gorge, Portland Metro Lowlands, Inner Vancouver Metro, and East Clark County Lowlands. * WHEN...From 11 AM Monday to 11 PM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in a cool place during the heat of the day, stay out of the sunshine, and check up on relatives and neighbors. For those without air conditioning, use fans to keep air moving. Keeps windows closed during the day and open at night, unless air quality is degraded due to wildfire smoke.
