URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Billings MT 1049 AM MDT Sat Jun 27 2026 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 PM MDT MONDAY FOR THE BEARTOOTH HIGHWAY... * WHAT...Wet snow expected for the Beartooth Highway. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph tonight into Sunday, then up to 55 mph on Monday. * WHERE...Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 6 PM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel on the Beartooth Highway will be impacted by wintry conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow will lighten or even stop for a time Sunday afternoon into Sunday evening.
