For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 111 degrees possible. * WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West Tennessee. * WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory and second Heat Advisory, until 6 AM CDT Wednesday. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Wednesday morning through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
