URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Billings MT 729 PM MDT Sun Jun 28 2026 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MDT MONDAY FOR THE BEARTOOTH HIGHWAY... * WHAT...Wet snow and blowing snow expected for the Beartooth Highway. Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches, greatest above 9,000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Absaroka/Beartooth Mountains. * WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel on the Beartooth Highway will be impacted by wintry conditions, mainly at elevations above Vista Point. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest precipitation will be late tonight through early Monday afternoon.
