West Central Allen County in south central Kentucky... East Central Logan County in south central Kentucky... Northern Simpson County in south central Kentucky... Southwestern Warren County in south central Kentucky... * Until 845 PM CDT. * At 534 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
