Southern Real County in south central Texas... * Until 400 AM CDT Thursday. * At 842 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 13 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
