URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA 1233 PM PDT Tue Jul 21 2026 ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM WEDNESDAY TO 8 PM PDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Hot daytime conditions with high temperatures between 88 and 96 common. Warm overnight conditions will bring less relief than usual. * WHERE...Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los Angeles and Ventura County Inland Coast. * WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 8 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness, especially for sensitive groups like the very young, the very old, those without air conditioning, and those active outdoors. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
