East Central Beaver County in southern Utah... * Until 1145 PM MDT. * At 751 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Cottonwood Burn Scar in Beaver County. Between 0.25 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen depending on the drainage. The bulk of the heaviest rain fell over Mt Holly, but heavy rain has also fallen over Merchant Valley in Beaver Canyon, and now middle portions of the south fork of North Creek.
