Southern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... * Until 115 AM EDT. * At 1008 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen since late this afternoon. Many creeks and streams remain out of their banks and flooding adjacent roads. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Weston, Harrisville, Glenville, North Bend State Park, Stonewall Jackson, Ellenboro, Cairo, Sand Fork, Pullman, Auburn, Coxs Mills, Newberne, Troy, Tanner, Linn, Baldwin, Burnt House, Stouts Mills, Alum Bridge and Smithville.
