Southeastern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * Until 145 AM EDT. * At 1035 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen this evening. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Elkins, Mill Creek, Dailey, Rock Cave, Beverly, Junior, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Huttonsville, Montrose, Harman, Glady, Kerens, Bowden, Alton, Alexander, Dryfork and French Creek.
