URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Los Angeles/Oxnard CA 1126 AM PDT Sun Jul 26 2026 ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Very warm and humid daytime conditions with high temperatures between 82 and 92 common. Warm overnight conditions will bring less relief than usual. * WHERE...Los Angeles County Beaches, Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los Angeles, Malibu Coast, Palos Verdes Hills, Santa Barbara County Southeastern Coast, Ventura County Beaches, and Ventura County Inland Coast. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness, especially for sensitive groups like the very young, the very old, those without air conditioning, and those active outdoors. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
