North Central McKean County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until noon EDT. * At 954 AM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Bradford and Lewis Run. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
