URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Duluth MN 231 PM CDT Tue Jul 28 2026 ...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 7 PM CDT WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Heat index values up to 92 degrees and Wet Bulb Globe Temperatures up to 84 degrees expected. * WHERE...In Minnesota, Crow Wing, Aitkin, Pine, Koochiching, Cass, Itasca, Carlton, St. Louis, and Northern Cook and Lake Counties. In Wisconsin, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bad River Reservation, the Mille Lacs Band, Big Sandy Lake, East Lake, Hinckley and, Lena Lake areas and the Bois Forte Band, Deer Creek, Lake Vermilion and, Nett Lake areas.
