North Central Kane County in southern Utah... * Until 545 PM MDT. * At 247 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in the upper Paria River Basin. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
