Apache County in northeastern Arizona... * Until midnight MST. * At 857 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Homes along Water St in St. Johns may be impacted. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... St. Johns. This includes Highway 191 and 61 near mile marker 316.
