Flood Advisory National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac MI 955 AM EDT Sat Aug 22 2026 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Livingston County in southeastern Michigan... * WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 954 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1/2 inch and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts between a half inch to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
