Hot conditions continue into Saturday with high temperatures up to 103 degrees. Lows will be in the mid 70s to low 80s. * WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will fall to below normal by Sunday.
