PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Take extra precautions when outside or consider altering outdoor plans. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
