In South Carolina, Abbeville, Anderson, Chester, Greenwood, Laurens, Union, and York Counties. In Georgia, Elbert, Franklin, and Hart Counties. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening.
