Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania... Ohio County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 324 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rainfall had ended across the warned area. Earlier, emergency management reported several instances of flooding across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing.
