Waves as high as 4 to 6 feet possible. * WHERE...Presque Isle, Alpena, Alcona, Iosco and Arenac Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...A high swim risk means that life-threatening waves and currents are expected.
