Waves as high as 4 to 6 feet possible. * WHERE...Presque Isle, Alpena, Alcona, Iosco and Arenac Counties. * WHEN...Through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...A high swim risk means that life-threatening waves and currents are expected. Stay out of the water and stay away from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
