Navajo County in north central Arizona... Apache County in northeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 745 AM MST /845 AM MDT/. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, normally dry washes and roadways is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 534 AM MST /634 AM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Additionally, the Little Colorado River gauge near Winslow has surpassed the action stage, but is forecast to remain just under the minor stage. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
