Southwestern Cotton County in southwestern Oklahoma... Tillman County in southwestern Oklahoma... Northwestern Archer County in northern Texas... Northeastern Baylor County in northern Texas... Wichita County in northern Texas... Southeastern Wilbarger County in northern Texas... * WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 614 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
